Staff was top notch, nurses very attentive. In and out neck fusion. 👍
I was hesitant to give this place 5 stars because the wait times are pretty rough, and the double booking can be frustrating. I was booked for an 11:45am appt and wasn’t seen till around 1pm ish. I even considered canceling my appointment and going elsewhere. BUT I’m so glad I stuck it out because the staff here is absolutely amazing. Julia was incredibly kind, John who drew my blood was sweet, Dr. Khosla was super cool, and Violet was just on another level, so compassionate, hilarious, and full of warmth. This is my 3rd time coming in and it’s the 2nd time waiting well over an hour for an APPOINTMENT THAT ALREADY HAD A SET TIME. The 1st time I waited 1.5 hours for my own appointment and this time around I am waiting 2.5 hours for my mom to be seen since I had to drive her here. Luckily today I got seen briefly. If you want something convenient & not to feel like you to the patient are doing all of the legwork, then go somewhere else. I have much more important things to be doing with my time
I took time off work to come here for my mom's procedure and waited 2 hours. The front desk said it would be an additional 2 hour wait which is ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm literally paying cash and I have an appointment and i cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. Maybe book a manageable amount of patients? I'm glad I left immediately and I'm never coming back
