Lonnie and Charise were amazing to work with! My parents moved back from Tennessee and they require some assistance. The leadership team at Redwood recognized this quickly and displayed a level of compassion and professionalism that is extraordinary. Their commitment to make my parents feel valued and comfortable has left a positive impression on all. I highly recommend the Redwood Shelby community.
Redwood Shelby is a wonderful community. The Property Manager Lonnie is very courteous and professional. As well, the Maintenance Staff responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, although maintenence issues were few and far between. Highly recommend!
I never leave a review until I have completely moved out. I will say that we had a fantastic experience at redwood Shelby township! If my job would not have relocated me, we would have signed another lease. Lonnie was FANTASTIC! Very friendly, prompt with any issues we may have had and also communicated every step of the way! The apartments were well maintained and staff always friendly. If you’re looking for a place to call home with fantastic neighbors and a relaxing environment, reach out to Lonnie, he’s your guy!

Had a great living experience over the last 6 years :) The property manager, Lonnie, is a wonderful person - helpful & attentive to the Redwood community & its residents. including pets! The grounds are always tidy & well kept - with friendly neighbors - walking & riding bikes. Maintenance requests are handled with ease & completed quickly. Highly recommend!
