resided at the redwood facility for two years. It was a great experience. Very friendly and responsive. I bought my own condo or else I would still be residing there.
So far this has been the best experience when shopping for a new home. The self tour was amazing. Great first impression. When a property management company spends money on initial customer experience that says that the after the sale experience will be exceptional.
The response time was faster than I expected and Colin was very thorough in identifying the problem and repairing it.
