We are very happy with Greg. First, we did not have to wait long for an appointment. Then he showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem and went right to work. It was a tricky situation, a tight indoor laundry closet, but Greg was able to replace our hot and cold shut-off valves without much disruption to our household. Thank you, Greg for doing a great job of fixing our problem and cleaning up afterwards.
Greg and Pablo were great to work with. They arrived on time, drained and cleared out the old water heater, and had the new one installed in just over two hours. They quoted a fair price and explained the changes that were required with new heaters, determining the least noticeable location for the new drain pipe. I recommend Redwood Sewer and Drain without hesitation.
