Update to my prior review. If it wasn't for mike being a genuinely good human, and contacting me to apologize, I wouldn't change my opinion. I mentioned before that the over all experience was great, that stands. For most of my experience, this facility was excellent. Mike in the office was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered and was always helpful. The move-in special, including a free month of rent, was a great deal, and I paid under $100 a month for my 5x8 unit when I first rented it. Over the next three years, my belongings remained secure, dry, pest-free, and well-protected.
