Crossroads doesn’t stand behind their product. Doesn’t honor their warranty and doesn’t built a sound product. Spend the extra money and purchase a better product. Avoid this product. Take note of the reviews. 2.4 stars. That’s what these reviews are for. Heed them, and make an educated purchase, staying away from this product.
7 Years an owner now, purchased my unit new. Needed assistance while broken down on the road, as usual they still have the worst customer "support" I've experienced. I have so many repairs on my Redwood I'll probably never get out of it, but if I did I would purchase anything but a Redwood or another Crossroads / Keystone product.
There is literally no quality control at Redwood. Bought a 2022 3981FK in May thinking it was the top of the line, nothing but issues since day one with our camper. Changing system shorted and boiled over the batteries the first night, floors are bubbling, slides leak trim falling off, black sharpie to fix messed up trim. Fiberglass cap in back falling off. Kitchen sink and faucet started to rust after one month of use, same with stove and stove vent. Faucets in bathroom already leak out. Caulking of the shower was horrible ... read more
