Tom is great to work with. There were a lot of tree roots grew into the leach field. Tom came on Tuesday for diagnosis and came back that Saturday with heavy machines to dig up the leach field and cleared out a lot of tree roots. He communicated the problem clearly and was able to follow through with the fix on a timely manner.
Tom was able to respond, evaluate, and repair my sewer pump issue all in same day at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Redwood Rooter!
