They never answer the phone and when you submit a maintenance request they never come out and then they close the ticket saying completed. They don't send out pest control when you ask them to but they charge you faithfully for it every month. They have the sheer audacity to raise the rent and the apartments are out of date and nothing is ever fixed. It has roaches, ants, and rats, not mice, RATS!
