My Dad has been here a few months and loves this place. He loves the food, weekly activities; he always wishes for more activities so that can be recommended. Sarah, Niessa and Tomas are so kind to him and all the residences- they truly go above and beyond. For many reasons, I would not condemn my worst enemy to Retirement in this "community". The food is inedible, inconsistent and in incredibly small portions, there is limited staff and even more limited COMPASSIONATE staff. Corporate does not respond to safety concerns or concerns at all. They do not allow Wellness Checks, which in this line of business is crucial to our Elderly community's safety. Very open and welcoming community. Always clean, and bright. I have volunteered a few time to play poker and just hang out with the residents. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The residents seem joyful and happy to be there. Friday afternoon happy hour is always fun with the music and dancing. The big open area when you walk in is nice!! Bright and colorful flowers surround the community. Always a good time at redwood with the residents.
This place and staff has been a true blessing for my dear Papi. The staff is friendly and so caring. Not only do they make you feel welcome when you visit, They go out of their way to make sure hes happy and thats not easy to do. Were so fortunate that he can call this place home. He loves the home cooked meals and the activities keep him busy. I would definitely recommend to others
Absolutely beautiful community! The management is exceptional, the staff is welcoming and inviting. The building is always clean bright and feels like home!
