I mentioned to some friends I thought I had water seeping under a door to the outside, as the flooring was beginning to buckle up. This set off alarms as one of the friends was currently having work done by Redwood Restoration for mold damage at her house. I called immediately that afternoon and Kurt was able to schedule the free consultation first thing the next morning. I was very worried we would find mold. A friend died and left me to clean up his house. All the flooring needed to be replaced. I had no idea who to call but the insurance co called Rob at Redwood Restoration. Rob was so helpful. He brought in a flooring company and worked as a go between. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. In a time of great confustion and chaos, Rob kept me from feeling over-whelmed.

I could not be happier about the way I was treated by Kurt and ALL of his employees!! They were dependable, worked quickly and did a more than EXCELLENT job of cleaning our home of damaged areas. Several things were done out of kindness and respect. I have already told several friends to call them if they ever needed this type of service. I plan to call them again in the near future for additional service.GREAT JOB EVERYONE 💜
