A friend died and left me to clean up his house. All the flooring needed to be replaced. I had no idea who to call but the insurance co called Rob at Redwood Restoration. Rob was so helpful. He brought in a flooring company and worked as a go between. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. In a time of great confustion and chaos, Rob kept me from feeling over-whelmed.

I could not be happier about the way I was treated by Kurt and ALL of his employees!! They were dependable, worked quickly and did a more than EXCELLENT job of cleaning our home of damaged areas. Several things were done out of kindness and respect. I have already told several friends to call them if they ever needed this type of service. I plan to call them again in the near future for additional service.GREAT JOB EVERYONE 💜

We can't say enough good things about Redwood Restoration! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. From the start, their customer service was amazing, and they were always quick to respond. We had a tricky situation in one of our apartments at Redwood Meadows Apartments —there was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in an apartments. Redwood Restoration came to my rescue when I returned home from a 10 day trip to find my water heater had been leaking the entire time I was gone. On a Sunday morning, less than an hour after I called, they had a clean up crew at my house. They carefully moved out all the stuff that was stored in the garage (where the water heater was) and did a fantastic job over three days with water mitigation and mold assessment. I bought a house and found some evidence of minor water damage while renovating a room so I had it tested for mold. That came back clean but there was moisture in the walls that should not have been there in the middle of a summer heatwave. Redwood Restoration was the second mold contractor I scheduled for a consult. Zac was incredibly helpful.
