I highly recommend this company! The first time I used Redwood Restoration was because my house flooded. I had no idea what I was going to do, and it turned out I didn't need to do anything. They immediately got all the water out of the house and put big dehumidifiers and fans in every room. They took an inventory of everything that was and wasn't damaged by the flood. I figured most restoration companies would all be pretty much the same until I had Curt with Redwood Restorations come look at a project. Above and beyond is an understatement. His professionalism, knowledge, and passion to help others is second to none.

I mentioned to some friends I thought I had water seeping under a door to the outside, as the flooring was beginning to buckle up. This set off alarms as one of the friends was currently having work done by Redwood Restoration for mold damage at her house. I called immediately that afternoon and Kurt was able to schedule the free consultation first thing the next morning. I was very worried we would find mold. A friend died and left me to clean up his house. All the flooring needed to be replaced. I had no idea who to call but the insurance co called Rob at Redwood Restoration. Rob was so helpful. He brought in a flooring company and worked as a go between. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. In a time of great confustion and chaos, Rob kept me from feeling over-whelmed.
