Redwood Restoration came to my rescue when I returned home from a 10 day trip to find my water heater had been leaking the entire time I was gone. On a Sunday morning, less than an hour after I called, they had a clean up crew at my house. I bought a house and found some evidence of minor water damage while renovating a room so I had it tested for mold. That came back clean but there was moisture in the walls that should not have been there in the middle of a summer heatwave. Redwood Restoration was the second mold contractor I scheduled for a consult. Zac was incredibly helpful. Redwood Restoration replaced the moisture barrier in the crawl space beneath our home. While doing so, they discovered standing water and worked hard trying to find the source. They went above and beyond our expectations trying to resolve the issue. As the work continued, we were shown photos of the progress , and any other issues they found (a gas leak was discovered).
