Business called me with unsolicited marketing calls despite being on the federal do not call list. Clearly this business is incapable of following federal regulations and should not be trusted with your mortgages.
I would like to take this opportunity to share to everyone in need of realty help especially when it comes to refinancing. Working with Redwood Realty was a breeze! My agent Ali explained all my loan options up front, and allowed me the time I needed to choose what loan was the best fit for my family. He provided me in writing what I was going to get and 3 weeks later I was signing my final loan docs which matched exactly what he quoted me up front. I walked away with a 30 year fixed loan, over 2% lower than what I had, and Redwood Charged me nothing! I had a very pleasant experience working with them. They have a wonderful family atmosphere when you walk in as they are a family owned business, Ali sat me down and explained everything to me clearly and I received an awesome rate! I would definitely go to them again and I recommend them to all my friends.
These guys conduct business by making unsolicited telemarketing calls. They called me on Saturday morning, despite the fact that my home phone number is on the do-not-call registry. Do some web searching and find out about these scammers before you deal with them.
