It’s not good place anymore. An appointment time is 3:30 but told go there earlier 3:15, I stay there until 3:51 now but still no one call me. There have 3/4 boring workers sit there nothing to do just chatting some boring stuff. And I have to famish already 15 hours just a little bit water. That’s a place very very unfriendly!!!
I was so impressed. Caring, professional people who were compassionate about me having to come in for follow up procedures. The radiologist spoke to me personally and I walked away with all the facts.
On hold for over 30 minutes as I type this. Called in to schedule an imaging appointment during business hours. Automatically put in voicemail queue. I'm hearing 'your call is important to us' periodically with an offer to call me back at their convenience in 24 hours or so.
Unbelievably rude woman checking in patients for X-rays today. I drove someone else here but if I was the patient I would leave.
