Look, it's an affordable housing plan. As long as you keep that in mind, that it's designed to *not* drive you out with bills like so many places in Eugene, then you'll be okay. It's overall safer than renting a stranger's room, cleaner than a motel and there's generally a community of other people who "get it". At least here, you'll be okay. Maybe not great, but okay.
