Worked with Gary he was on top of everything, if we emailed or called they would get back to us with in a hour or two. We ended up getting a super low interest rate because of their diligence on checking the rates for us. The e-sign was super easy for a modern family to file paper work and view our process. Buyer beware! Dealing with Susan Lange of Redwood Mortgage, who is the owner oddly enough, is absolutely painful. I called at 9am on a Monday to inquire about a mortgage rate. The secretary told me that the mortgage counselors are all in a meeting, and she will have Susan get back to me. Well, Susan never got back to me. Time is money, and I really needed to get my rate quote because I had another mortgage company waiting on my decision. So, I called back at 3pm.
