DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!! This place is Heavilyyyy controlled, you practically have no control over your own property. The main manager (the old man), is on one 24/7. He watches your yard, and his daughter who manages the property for him, also watches your property. They will tell you what you can and cannot have. Even if you own a house in the mobile home park, you have no control, and they WILL evict you from it. Forcing you to leave your home. I parked my Airstream at Redwood and lived there for 5 months. I had a wonderful experience. Neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The landlords Cassidy and Jim were as nice to me as I was to them. Lot price was super reasonable, and there's a respectable dive bar (Groggy's) a stone's throw away! I'll stay here again if given the chance.

Horrible place. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. I lived here comfortably for 4 months in my RV and paid on time. It was $350 + electric which was really fair. And then I receive an eviction notice stating I have 10 days to leave my spot. They weren't even decent enough to give me a reason or further notice. I tried to talk to the owner and he said "i don't have to give you any reason. You just have to leave." It costs zero dollars to be kind. I'm a full time nursing student and now I have 10 days to find somewhere ... read more
