I have been living here for about 10 months. Overall, it’s good, but a few things are disappointing. 1. The brand new room has doors and outlet plugs that leak air, especially during winter. 2. The stove wiring was messed up, causing the stove to heat slowly. After 5 months, finally called the manufacturer, and they came to fix it. 3. The AC was extremely loud and constantly running, which makes it feel like the roof and walls probably aren’t well insulated.
Maintains is top notch. Here great. Job. Grounds clean and preteen Clean great apartment. Christin. Grubb is great
Rental agents were pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions. Very nice people!
