Terrible experience during a vulnerable time. Never have I seen a provider be so cold, calloused, flat affect and non-resourceful. Hardly any eye contact while pecking away on the laptop not facing me. Wow! I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
Definitely needs improvement. My insurance covers a very expensive medication that I need but for over 8 months my doctor hasn't filled out the form correctly so instead of $49.95 with insurance, I've had to pay $600! I also need a referral for physical therapy and an orthopedic surgeon however the same doctor messed up and sent the referral for my right arm instead of the left arm so I can't get in.
