Redwood lending was good in the beginning and I recently totaled my car they told me that I have gap and now there saying I still owe them $5,000 what a joke there rude now cuz I'm not paying what they want me to pay

I been dealing with Brian and Sara since 2019 today I just paid off my car last payment. I have been late super late on the verge of Repossession a few times they have always worked with me and tried to help me out no matter what. I give them 5 stars with my experience with them and I appreciate them once again thank you
Before buying it was hell. They assured the car was a good car running car. But in a months time it broke down. Might have been in a car accident. They claim it warranted but come to find out there was no warranty. Right before my so called warranty was up, they stop taking my calls. The Car is originally a 20000 car, when they add daily interest it's 40000 car. Even though I'm paying on time payments with the interest nothing is going down.
