I called that company. The lady on the phone said they provide services with annual subscriptions. I said okay, if you come and mow the lawns of my two houses and I'm satisfied, I'll subscribe for the season. She said they would call me within 2 days and come to mow my lawns. However, they didn't call or come. I called the office again, the same lady answered the phone. She talked to me in an incredibly negative tone and hung up on me. They need to learn how to communicate with customers.

Snow plow driver of theirs plows all of neighbors snow into our yard and scrapes up all grass and dirt on our property in the process. Called to complain about this and was laughed at by the person who answered the phone. Terrible customer service and very rude personnel.
Brian had his guys doing such a great job and it went flawless .I have been with them for so time now. They have done landscaping at my first house and tons of people I know. They are very great at what they do and efficient in what they do. I always tell people about them and will continue to do so.
