In an overall sense, a tremendous blessing to the community. However, for reasons I don't understand, RGM and other Missions try to adhere to an outdated somewhat legalistic Model. It is very frustrating and confusing. This actually became a pivotal issue in regards to my decision not to join the NLP. The fact that there is constant vacillating from traditional to more contemporary policies suggests that the powers that be may likely recognize this issue.
