1st off, they ordered the wrong shower door so took a lot longer that it should have and when we inquired about the lengthy time frame they didn't disclose that info, we only found out because our contractor went down there. When they finally showed up to install the door they left glass by our back door, bathroom floor and shower floor, which I cut both feet on. They would not honor a discount for any reason and in fact charged us over 200 dollar more that the quote. Will never do business with them again.

We have used Redwood Glass for several home projects. They have great prices and are fast to get the job done. Very courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The owner called me back and told me hoe would replace the glass, but I had to pay for it. I paid another 242 dollars. The customer service was horrible, the two guys that came out were very rude and talked bad about me within earshot. I had to tell them to finish what they were doing and get out. I did not pay 242 dollars to have two jerks come to my home and try to make me feel stupid or inaddequite. I would not recommend Redwood glass. I have a very large living room window that does not open, and had Redwood glass put a piece of glass in it not even two years ago, supposedly the best glass they have. The glass craked from under the wood that is holding it in, and the guy that came out here to look at it came up with every reason (none of which actually happened) that it could have broken.
