Jason came out around 8:30 PM on a Saturday night because our hot water wasn’t working. He ended up having to drain our entire water tank to replace the heating element that had gone out, and he didn’t leave until everything was completely fixed—around midnight! We truly appreciate him taking the time to come out so late on a Saturday and making sure everything was taken care of. We are so thankful for his help and everything he does for us. Thank you so much, Jason! We appreciate you more than you know!
Redwood was a wonderful experience. Jackie and Brent were very helpful whenever questions arose. Redwood was one of the few places that would allow a German Shepherd, so we are grateful to have lived there.
Very Nice!!!
In and out quickly got the job done correctly the first time!
