For the price there should be Air Conditioning, theres fans but its not enough. Mats need to be replaced, theyre all chewed up.

Redwood Fitness is one of the best gyms in Sonoma County. I joined this gym over 4 years ago, and every year since then the owner has taken it to the next level with adding new gym equipment. That no other local gyms offer. The new 2026 Booty Builder Zone is fire. Friendly staff ,Locally family owned ,with the best gym equipment in town to get your body in the best shape of your life.

I love the convenience of the hours here. The gym is large enough to feel spacious, and there are plenty of great machines and equipment, so you rarely have to wait for your routine. The atmosphere is upbeat with awesome music, and the staff are truly amazing. They also offer multiple free classes with memberships, which is a fantastic perk. Overall, Redwood Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for embracing my new lifestyle. Highly recommend!
