Charged large $3000 retainer, only used half, and said therapy was complete without refund. Also charged double for services for the first hour and wouldn’t schedule second appt until both were paid first. She (Julie) no called no showed to three scheduled appointments, horrible app - worst, and heavy religious influence (exactly what one is looking for when opening the mind). I am the daughter of the woman that wrote the review below (Carrie). The session she is talking about was with me, and I had to write this review to correct all of her fallacies. Julie has been a huge support to our family at a time when we needed it the most. The session she is referring to actually lasted 48 minutes, not 25. I had to pick up my children from school during the very end of the session, which Julie was not aware of. While able to provide an appointment on short notice, the therapist was unprofessional and did not seem knowledgeable in psychotherapy. She allowed a Zoom meeting to continue with a patient who had left the meeting for 10 minutes then reappeared in her car while proceeding to blow in her breathalyzer.
