They set up a first appointment with an appointment card with a date & time on it. I provided all the paperwork for my boyfriend to them. I called earlier in the day & advised I was having a cast off and he might be a few minutes late. The lady was nice. When I arrived a minute after the time on the card, I was advised that he was 15 minutes late. Even though I had the card. They stated that the card didn’t matter. After Laura Johnson sold the practice we hadn't been back. I had started a new job so I didn't have insurance yet. My wife called to have a prescription refilled and she was told that since the new nurse practitioners hadn't seen us yet, we'd basically be new patients. My wife asked how much we'd be charged for an appointment and she was told that it would be over $250. My wife once again told them that since we had no insurance, do they offer a cash discount.
