I enjoy my interactions with Natali and Dr. Nguyen. I have been looking for a pcp for quite some time, so I’m glad that I found this practice. Everyone has been nice and professional. If I had to critique one thing, I have had to remind the office staff about the next steps in my care and a lack of follow up. I understand this is most likely impacted by the time of the year and staff being out of office.
The doctor spent all the needed time with me to get things in order, rather than rushing me through.
Some of the staff there is okay and some are sweet , some don’t know what they are doing or saying to patient, my provider DR. Nguyen is ok she will give you what you ask for but , she talks over you , dose not do follow up calls, you have to set up your own follow up visits like she does not communicate well. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Metroplex Medical Centres. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing medical experiences I’ve ever had. The staff showed a complete lack of communication and coordination. After scheduling an appointment that I truly needed, a conflict with the provider and instead of working with me to resolve the issue or offer alternatives, I was met with attitude, dismissiveness, and no real support.
