Well.... my appointment was at 11am. I took care of all the paper work in advanced. It is 11:51 and haven't seen the doctor yet. I was in the waiting room for about 38min I asked if it was going to take a lot longer (I have to go back to work) and they put me in the patient room. If I knew it was going to take almost an hour to been seen, then I would have come 55min late!!!!! Unacceptable.
Called multiple days in a row trying to schedule a new patient visit. Still have not received a call back and cannot get a single human on the phone. Don’t waste your time.
Love this clinic! Everyone is professional, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel , Ms Veronica and Areli make a great team! We drive far to come see Dr Patel, and will not go anywhere else. The level of care and commitment to our well being is top tier.
