Absolutely ridiculous experience at Metroplex Medical Center Farmers Branch. I went in for my annual physical in 2024, which is 100% covered by my insurance, yet I kept getting bills afterward. During the visit, they casually asked about my vision and I mentioned I had LASIK in 2018. They asked if I wanted my eyes checked, and I clearly said NO. Great experience with Metroplex Medical Centers both at Farmers Branch and at Coppell. Dr Binita Patel took her time explaining things to me. Robert the x ray technician very efficient and friendly.They worked me in today after a weekend accident. Highly recommend Metroplex Medical Centers.
I got there and the staff took care of me nicely and faster and they were very friendly and even help me when my insurance company needed some info they were very professional
