I love Redwood Family Dermatology! The staff is amazing they make you feel so comfortable and noticed! Heather Silva the dermatologist is the best I have ever had she listens to your cares and concerns and makes you feel so comfortable I love her! If you need a dermatologist this is definitely the place you're looking for!
my grandma goes here they are quick to get you back but seem to fluctuate with Drs often.
I never write reviews but the experience I had here was unfortunate. Scheduling and staff were kind but I went in for a growth assessment of a facial lump next to my eye that came from a face injury. when I communicated my concerns I was pushed to take acutane and offered no coverage from my insurance because redwood deemed it “medically unnecessary” it grew to a size another concerning size after refusing redwoods treatment and I chose to go with a different dermatologist.
