So the manager, Pam, who lives on site always lets her big dogs run free, but nobody else can let their dogs run free one of her big dogs attacked our neighbors little dog. I thought all dogs had to be on a leash but apparently she’s above this and we’re not allowed to build fences here anymore to keep our pets safe so what does she do?
