I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and responsiveness from the office. The recent break-in of the community cluster mailboxes resulted in stolen mail, including one of my packages, and this situation has not been addressed in any meaningful way. I have made multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and through the text messaging system, all of which have been ignored. 𝔐𝔬𝔰𝔱 ႺიჁჁႮႼႵ place to reside in federal heights. But things are looking better. Things get better when you out people in their place and show no fear. They tried everything to make me get out of pocket. Never worked. Their all being watched and they better show respect. No woman no kids. Keep trying your luck
The Community is always kept clean and tidy! The Community manager Pam is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Karla is great as well!
