I was writing reviews for some other businesses today and realized it has been a very long time since I wrote Carole a review. Just want to say that she is still 5 stars. I wish I could give her more than 5. She is such a blessing in my life. As I get older, new things go wrong and she just keeps fixing me. And she gives me such useful advice in so many areas like the way to get the most out of my yoga class and what poses to avoid based on my body. I deal with chronic back/neck pain and I’ve been seeing Carole for nearly a decade. I truly don’t know how I would survive without her!!! She has reduced my pain greatly, improved my posture, and has referred me to other fantastic therapist/doctors as well. If you’re dealing with any type of musculoskeletal pain I highly recommend you book an appointment with her and give Rolfing a try. It works!
I've had 5 sessions with Carole and after each one I feel more aligned and incredibly grateful. I always leave feeling like this is what I have needed for decades to repair my body after several minor car, bike and ski accidents over the years. Carole has expert hands and anatomy knowledge and her space is very comfortable. I look forward to 5 more sessions, to complete the 10 series, and coming to her once or twice a year for a spruce up!
Carole is an absolute pleasure to interact with and an extremely skilled practitioner. Grateful that I’ve been able to receive treatment from her.
