I loved living here! Everything is well-maintained, the leasing office staff are friendly, helpful, communicative, and they always show appreciation to residents. Having two dogs, I also liked how pet-friendly it was - maintenance always had treats for the dogs and were careful to use pet-safe products. Best rental experience by far!
David was wonderful! He seemed very knowledgeable, & was extremely friendly and eager to address the problem! He made some adjustments which, hopefully, will correct the situation. He also took time to explain things to us, which was very much appreciated! Additionally, he told us not to hesitate to reach out again if there is any further problem…..overall, very pleased with David’s help!!😊
So far we are really enjoying living here. The management has been wonderful and were so very helpful since we were moving from out of state. Also, their response to any maintenance issues have been always been addressed with efficiency and fixed within a day or two. The maintenance workers, Mike and David, are both friendly and knowledgeable. Mike always has a treat ready for any pups he meets out walking. I would highly recommend living here. We were only here for a short time. But we loved it here! It’s clean, maintenance is great! and both susan and hope were great! Our move in and move out process was seamless.
