Booked this trip via trip. Com Aug 1-17 The moment I walked in the room, I felt scared for my safety, the room was small than I anticipated. I can’t get the Tv to work. My disappointment about the whole ambiance of the room. I called trip. Com to cancel my accommodation but they rejected my request. I spoke to the reception guy and I was told they will only only refund the 12 days but they will charge me for 5 days. Talked to trip. Com and was told that Redcreek Inn refuses the refund. This is the second time we are staying at this hotel in Redwood CA. We love the clean large room and bath, the service we get each time by the front desk staff and the location.
Very nice, clean rooms! We really enjoyed our stay. We came from Texas to visit our oldest son, and he recommended this place. We were very pleased with it!
Perfect customer service. Great location. 9.9 out of 10. Just low shower pressure. Definitely would stay there again!!
Basic hotel. Clean rooms. Great location. Breakfast is just granola bars and cookies but lots of good spots to eat within walking distance
