I own a small business where customers sometimes pay in cash. In a hurry one day and stopped in at this branch and they can’t take my deposit because it contains cash. I will now look for another bank whose branches accept my deposits.
Really upset to learn they dont have any cash onsite. Petaluma is a big town, plenty of people on the westside would prefer to just go there rather than deal with the zoo of traffic and parking lots at the N McDowell location
I’ve never heard of a cashless bank before; I resolved to deposit my check instead of cash it and the cashier took like five minutes to come back with the receipt so I guess it’s also paperless.
