If you don’t bank at RCU, you need to switch. My debit card was skimmed. Within one day of me realizing and reporting, RCU reversed all the debits that were fraudulent, including all of the overdraft charges this all created. Thank you Redwood Credit Union for taking care of me. You have a very loyal customer. �
Have never had worse customer service in my life. Bank made a mistake and is trying to make me pay for it. Pulling my accounts and will never do business with them again
Best customer service and follow through of any local financial institution in this area. Warm and friendly gets me every time. Your training your people right and it shows. Always a pleasure to do business either in person or over the phone.
