I went with my nephew Thursday evening just before closing and he opened a checking and savings account with them, at the Santa Rosa office. Even though it was time to close the rep was kind and didn't rush us. The next day I went with my nephew to their car sales lot and my nephew bought a car with no co-signer! Best customer service and follow through of any local financial institution in this area. Warm and friendly gets me every time. Your training your people right and it shows. Always a pleasure to do business either in person or over the phone.
