Terrible experience living here. Absolutely horrible management that doesn’t care about their tenants at all and only about making the bottom line. Got stuck with abusive and rude roommates and they did not offer reasonable accommodations such as allowing me to switch rooms, have the abusive roommate removed from the tenancy, or getting off the lease early. Once I eventually got off the lease, they are now charging me for damages the previous tenant did even though I have pictures of the damage from the day I moved in. Greed... read more
you get what you pay for. Not a good place for college life. The apartment itself, however, is relatively cheap. Office used to be within 2 minutes of walk distance from apartments, now it's 2 hours away. No ethernet connection sadly. Also apartments' location is very inconvenient, you typically have to walk 5-7 minutes to the bus station since the entrance of apartments is facing the opposite side. Well, I didn't see any redwoods or Palo Colorado. Sequoia were there but imported from Japan, so I don't think they count. Not that Toyotas don't deserve a place at the complex; they should be welcome as any other sports utility that takes up just too much of the parking space to cause a chain reaction down the line of askew parking jobs. The management here is TERRIBLE! I have sent an application and have tried calling multiple times on multiple days and no one picks up the phone ever. I have left several voicemails and still no reply. To this day i have still not heard back.
