Nice little private area. It’s a cul de sac at the end of Stambaugh St. parking may get difficult though there are assigned parking slots for residents, not enough for visitors especially on weekends when most residents (who have more than 1 car) are mostly home. Place has it’s own laundry area that’s under lock and key, management is very accommodating and regular inspections are done throughout the year.
