The staff was very accommodating.
Our Work Order was handled with a smile. Our requests have always been taken care of very professionally. Our Manager Tina is always on top of all our request. We are new to apartment living after selling our house. Our experience here has been nothing but good. I would recommend these Redwood Neighborhood Apartments to anyone.
The light over the vanity was flashing. I put in a ticket Monday morning. T.W. came Tuesday afternoon, changed out the light, put the doorstops on, that had come off and pulled a pan from behind the drawer on the stove. He was efficient and very nice. Couldn't ask for better.
