Car wash service: I had the unfortunate experience of being misguided onto their track as well as off of the track, ripping two holes in my undercarriage. Then the staff showed me video that did not include the service person guiding me in the initial time nor any video when I was instructed to exit. The manager's response was a preformatted response and did not take into account my report of events nor the angle of the tracks opening (a Y-formation). They do a great job on the interior vacuuming
You know this particular car wash is really hit and miss. I guess like anything else it all depends on the employees. Sometimes you go in and it's pretty good there are a couple guys at the very beginning using soap wands and kind of prepping your car to go through the car wash they're hitting the bugs in the front and the back and sometimes you go in and you can tell they just don't care sometimes the tracks are moving really fast and they just push your car through and you get to the end and everybody is all stacked up.
