I’ve been living in Redwood Capital Mobile Home Park for over 20 years, and it has been a good place to live. The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful place to live and the neighbors are very friendly and keep to themselves but are super helpful when you need anything. The grounds are maintained regularly, and the common areas stay clean. Management communicates well and tries to resolve concerns in a reasonable amount of time. I really enjoy living here. The property is always very clean, quiet, and peaceful, which makes it a great place to live. The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained. One of the best things about this place is the manager. She is very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever someone needs help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, calm, and welcoming community.
