Jae and Jody have been amazing with helping us with a smooth transition into moving into a Redwood unit. I was amazed at their kindness and care and compassion towards myself and my husband who are both disabled. The place is so clean and welcoming and we are so excited to move into the Redwood community. Thank you for making the process so smooth for my family!
I got to take a tour yesterday with Jae. Talk about service and accommodation! She made me feel very comfortable. Jae was able to squeeze in time for my girlfriend to also check out the unit, which I really really appreciated. Thank you Jae!!!!
I’m looking for a more feeling of a house rather than an apartment and I was pleasantly surprised. Jae was so friendly and welcoming and provided all the information that I needed. She listened to me and was just genuinely caring. I’m hoping to be a resident and it’s all because of Jae. Thank you Jae for your superb customer service.
Jae and Jody are amazing!!! I came in for a tour and left feeling like family. Even if I don't move to Redwood Canton, I feel like I have gained two friends. The Canton community feels like home and the apartment homes are very nice and spacious. I like a different floor plan and that would be the only reason I don't move to this neighborhood. I wish Redwood offered similar floor plans at all locations because I really liked the Canton area and love Jae and Jody.
This place doesn’t value potential renters at all. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a 5pm tour. Walked in today & the lady didn’t even ask us for our names and automatically said she didn’t have any more scheduled appointments for the day. We explained to her that this is the date and time we were given to come in for a tour. She claimed she had to go pick up her child and couldn’t take us in today and asked us to reschedule. This place lost potential renters due to being irresponsible.
