Maintenance does a good job of repairing things but they always leave a mess in the apartment with dirty shoes, etc and they leave the lights on in the apartment.
My 1 year stay at Redwood Canton was really enjoyable. I was doing a renovation on a condo I bought in Plymouth and needed a fairly large apartment that was quiet and conveniently located, and I preferred a place with a garage. That was all true at Redwood Canton. The management there is great and the maintenance staff is very attentive and friendly and will take care of things quickly if you notice a problem.
