A very quiet and well maintained community. Maintenance staff is always responsive. We enjoyed our time there.
Very racist upon moving in This community 11/22 I am African American and so was my uncle . They asked him to see 2 years of bank statements I’ve never heard of any apartment complex asking that. Then upon moving out I was told i had a balance for $1500 paid that then received a bill for $2888 three months later to my new address when I called this property and spoke to property manager Jodi to see an explanation of charges I was put on hold and she never came back to the phone DONT MOVE HERE!!
I resided at Redwood Canton for 15 months, and while there are certainly aspects of the community worth acknowledging, my overall experience ultimately fell short of expectations—especially given the premium pricing. Positives: Redwood offers a quiet and safe environment, which I appreciated throughout my stay. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, and having a two-car attached garage was a major plus—particularly during Michigan winters.
