I went in with questions and Becca answered all of them! Becca was professional, helpful and friendly. The tour really helped me understand what I needed to know to make a decision!
Avery was amazing as always. We put in a request for our AC. Based on the description we gave he knee what was wrong and came with the correct part. He was able to fix it quickly. Avery is always friendly and helpful. He is a great member of the staff. I always know when he showed up that my issue will be resolved.
It has been a great experience living here. Becca has been great to work with and is always helpful with answering questions and e-mails promptly. Avery has been an exceptional addition to the maintenance staff. When my refrigerator went out on a Saturday, he was on call and responded immediately and swapped out the old refrigerator within an hour of me making the initial call. He always cleans up around any area where he has worked. This is a great team.
