We really enjoyed living here! The single story lets you not have people above or below you without having to climb any stairs. We loved having the attached garage and the massive pantry in the kitchen. It is very quiet and we very rarely heard our neighbors, which was really important for us. The employees have always been great to work with as well and maintenance fixed issues for us quickly. A minor complaint about our unit is that the HVAC is very loud in the living room. The office was quick to respond to the email I sent with a question regarding a window screen. They put in a service request for me and Tristen was also quick in responding. He came the next day and place the screen in my window. He also changed my filter for me and check the furnace. This was to be done soon anyway and my schedule is hard to work around and difficult for me to find someone to help with my dogs so he did these things while already there. 5 types of mold found by environmental testing, 2 toxic and in ventilation system. Problem over a year old and not corrected. Looking at baseboards to see if mold present after receiving an official report is not an acceptable solution.
