The place USED to be great. There's one vet there who is okay (a solid B- for a pet with ROUTINE issues, NOT emergent issues) and another vet who is greater than EXTRAORDINARY (Dr. Rugg) and will go above and beyond EVERY time she sees your pet. You might not even find out until later how much extra she has done, but I guarantee that she did it (and more). The techs are also terrific. The problem?
