The maintenance staff is so incredibly responsive! I appreciate that they always work to resolve my requests, even if it requires multiple visits.
The maintenance staff are truly flawless! So kind, get the job done fast and well. They are super accomodating. Embarassingly enough I left my house key in another state and they showed up in like 10 minutes, if that. Truly can’t be thankful enough! Thank you for all you do for the residents of Northampton 🤍

We had a very pleasant stay at Redwood we loved how quiet the neighborhood was. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful with anything we asked for and quick to get back with us with any questions we had and solved all are problems. Thank you for everything while we were there we r are going to miss the place.
