Nice apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Jonie does a great job of showing the property and helping the application process go off without a hitch! The maintenance staff is quick to come out and does a great job. There's a walking patch to the metro parks and Blossom is a few miles away. I highly recommend!

Truly the best property management/maintenance team I’ve ever encountered in my 20+ years of renting all over Ohio! The entire staff is both professional and kind, and the response time is terrific. Would recommend Redwood Akron to anyone looking for this style of apartment living.
The maintenance men responded within 5 min. of water leak that I reported. They were professional, came in fixed water issue then left. Thanks guys!
