Honestly, if I had to rate RedWolf, I would give them 10 stars. Thanks to Matt and Keegan’s outstanding management—always answering every question—and especially to the crew who worked on my roof from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. almost non-stop, delivering excellent results. Just had a new roof install done by Redwolf. The team was very professional and patient through the entire process. They helped recommend a public adjuster when my insurance company refused to cover the cost of the roof, and at the end of the whole ordeal I'm happy to say my new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with RedWolf. The representative was professional and answered all our questions. He was available for our questions before and after installation. They came on the day expected and finished on the same day. The workers covered areas with tarps where the roofing might fall and cleaned up when they were finished. We had some questions about some areas after the installation and they came the next day to fix the areas.
Red Roof just completed my mom’s home with new shingles and repaired some damaged wood. The whole process was done in an efficient and professional manner. Matt was great to work with especially his experience with insurance claims. If you want a roofing company to do great work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Red Wolf Contacting Service.
Very professional company. The Crew stripped the roof and completed the job in one day. And that was December 20 so short days. Picked up every bit of scrap. Five years later a leak appeared around a vent. They were quick to send Ivan and his worker out. They replaced the vent AND all the shingles around it. The BEST roofing company for the western HALF of North Carolina hands down. Thank you Matt and Ivan for your professional communication and quality work.
