Honestly, if I had to rate RedWolf, I would give them 10 stars. Thanks to Matt and Keegan’s outstanding management—always answering every question—and especially to the crew who worked on my roof from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. almost non-stop, delivering excellent results. My experience with them was seamless and professional from the initial visit and estimate to the installation to the delivery of the warranty. The workers did a great job in just one day, and Keegan was always friendly and available and professional when I had questions.
RedWolf did a top-notch job on my new roof for a very reasonable price (and with a great warranty)! From the initial consultation and estimate to the project’s completion (in and out in one day), everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. We were very pleased with RedWolf. The representative was professional and answered all our questions. He was available for our questions before and after installation. They came on the day expected and finished on the same day. The workers covered areas with tarps where the roofing might fall and cleaned up when they were finished. We had some questions about some areas after the installation and they came the next day to fix the areas.
Just had a new roof install done by Redwolf. The team was very professional and patient through the entire process. They helped recommend a public adjuster when my insurance company refused to cover the cost of the roof, and at the end of the whole ordeal I'm happy to say my new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
