From bad to worse. Simply can’t get an appointment. They use the Anima app which is all out of appointments by the times you’ve filled in the details (app opens at 8:30, closed by 08:34) Won’t answer the phone. Doesn’t have the correct options for symptoms so it just goes round in circles differing you to A&E.
Shambles of a GP been registered 4 months and still they can’t do my repeat prescriptions, leaving me without for 11 days! Avoid if you value your health.
Lucky to receive 1 star. No wonder illness and disease is not caught early. The receptionist are ill mannered and will argue to a point. This surgery is failing duty of care to their patients as there rude telephonists are working as “gatekeepers” which adds to patients suffering. Natalie in particular needs additional training in her telephony skills. Advised to use a on-line system after attempting calling at 8:30. AVOID THIS SURGERY. Complaint will also be sent to primary care trust and local MP.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to both Dr Kahwa and her clinician Miss Tazvivinga. Having checked my notes on Anima Dr Kahwa firstly booked me in with their clinician, Miss Tazvivinga who carried out a lengthy and thorough examination, asked all the right questions and recorded the data on the system. I was sent a text from the gp saying to book an appointment through anima to discuss a letter from a hospital. So I booked an appointment through the new system which is a joke there is no drop down list for discussing a letter for a appointment anyway I did it some how.
