I’ve been watching their posts on Facebook and they are money hungry. Half the homes they are selling can’t be worth more than 90,000. Yet they are asking over 200,000. I bought my large newly sided, bran new wood floors, carpet, windows, and roof: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a huge yard and garage for 80,000 in North Dakota where everything costs 10 times more. I’m just hoping maybe my review will catch the right peoples eye so they don’t go bankrupt over one of these homes! Red water you should be ashamed of yourself.
