I bought a promaster 2019 and the y said they did the mechanical inspection and they did not . Ac coil leaking . Front glass cracked And missing a key Leak on the engine . And getting no responses from them and contacted them numerous times. Plus they are owned by Sherwwod Park Dodge to . This is unreal and very de respectful. I purchased a 2016 ram through red water dodge. After owning the vehicle for under a year I ended up having to bring it to a local transmission shop in red deer alberta. I was informed through said shop that it had previously had the pan dropped with a full fluid and filter change. I was informed that the reason they dropped the pan was due to incorrect gear ratio codes. Red water dodge changed the fluid and filter because they knew it would prolong the damages. Amazing team to work with in every stage of buying a new vehicle, especially nice they are a small town dealership & are very upfront about any potential or known issues of the year the vehicle you are buying & what to do to prevent them.
