Wife bought me a fluid transfer pump that didn't work, drained as much oil as i could. Owner must have assumed I used it to complete my job and tried to return it. WRONG!!!! Instead it didn't work, and i was at home cleaning the garage floor, and having a shower from this poor quality tool that was purchased. Meanwhile the refusal to return agrument had lead to my wife running from the store crying. Only then did the owner follow her outside and accept the return. But not without the 15% restocking fee!
