Walked in for the first time to get a polish change. Worst experience at a nail salon. Unwelcoming & just rude. I asked for a nail to be fixed and he stared at me and made a rude comment. Not going back again.
Great place to get your toenails trimmed. Very professional and courteous! For you guys (like me) that can't reach your toes to trim your toenails, Redtips is the place to go. Their service made a customer for life out of me. Highly recommend.
They messed up on fresh tips!!! They actually look bad and my friends nails are very lumpy!!
Horrible service and will not be returning. They are not gentle with small children you make it very clear that they are unwelcome. I brought my nephew and he was holding the nail polish color that I was going to get and wasn’t running around or doing anything out of the ordinary for this incident to happen. Next thing you know, I’m looking for the polish thinking that my nephew lost it and the whole time one of the workers came and snatched it out of his hand. Nail length is absolutely messed up, they are lumpy and polish wasnt brought to the edges. Two stars was only because they seemed pretty friendly and more open to request as long as they know you. They don’t know you? They slap some nails on without paying attention and send you on your way. Update a few days later… absolutely can’t stand my nails and pinkie nail is sore with dull pain that won’t go away.
